Job Description
Are you tired of sharing 50 percent or more of your fees with a commercial or franchise gyms, we are currently looking for a full time contractor at our 2440 Wilson Blvd Arlington VA location, located within walking distance of the Courthouse metro station. We have a total of 1600 sqft (not including shared space and restrooms), and have no member base to compete with for space or equipment. Access is available to our contractors and their clients only (clients are by appointment only, while our contractors have 24hr access). We are equipped with commercial grade Life Fitness equipment, www.edgehealthandfitness.com for photos of the studio spaces. We have two Life Fitness Dual Cable Pulleys, two full Life Fitness/Nautilus Full Rack Cages a Life Fitness Multi Station Piece, several Life Fitness chin dip assists, Free Motion Platform, and several Hammer Strength smith pieces etc... We offer a studio usage rate of $22/hr session or a monthly unlimited access rate, you keep the rest of your hourly rate! All of your clients' payments pass directly through you and you will retain between 70 to 85% of what you charge. The studios have 24 hour access to both full and part time contractors. We are currently seeking one contractor with a local starting client base that can transfer over (no monthly fee for them, but use is by appointment only with their trainer).
