Group Fitness Instructor

Job Description:

You can't deliver the most epic kickboxing classes without epic coaches! KickHouse coaches are the lifeblood of the KickHouse experience. Coaches are responsible for learning the KickHouse class scaffolding and then designing their own unique class outlines. Every KickHouse class is different, so coaches are encouraged to pursue continuing education within the fitness space to consistently deliver a unique and current class experience. KickHouse students get the best results when coaches bring their best to the mat for every class.

We as a family set and exceed our highest standards Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide information to prospective clients with an emphasis on sales. Assist in member retention through reach out, studio event participation, and various member facing activities. Develop and execute training plans within the KickHouse Academy scaffolding. Provide instruction for group classes in line with KickHouse Academy standards. Social media posting and marketing. Lead semi-private training sessions or personal training sessions as needed. Participation in local marketing events and studio promotions to drive the business.

Required Experience:

Sales (+1 year). Knowledge and skill of proper and safe form for exercises used during each class to ensure a safe yet creative group experience. Personal Coaching Certification desired but not required
