- Small Group Personal Trainer (Part-Time)
- About the Role
- We're looking for an energetic and certified Small Group Personal Trainer to join our team. In this role, you'll lead dynamic, results-driven training sessions for small groups up to 8 members, delivering personalized coaching in a motivating gym environment.
- Responsibilities
- Design and lead safe, effective small group training sessions tailored to varying fitness levels
- Build strong client relationships and track individual progress
- Modify exercises to accommodate different abilities and goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training space
- Promote gym services and help retain clients through exceptional coaching
- Requirements
- Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification required
- 1+ years of personal training or group fitness experience
- Strong communication and motivational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
