We are preferably looking for someone with experience in the Fitness industry of at least 1 year. Must be dependable and reliable. We provide trainers with new member leads that join the facility and set them up with orientation sessions to put them through a sample workout, talk to them about there goals, and start them on ongoing paid Personal Training. Also if a Trainer is able to bring or generate there own clients we pay a higher session rate for bringing your own clients. This position starts as Part time as you need to build up your clientele list but can quickly turn into a Full time position for the right motivated person.
