Are you willing to be trained to drive a mini-bus? We are looking for a Recreation Instructor/Driver - FT or PT at both our LeafSpring School at Charter Colony and Wyndham locations. This individual must be at least 25 years of age and have at least 6 months experience formally working with kids. At LeafSpring Schools, we go beyond traditional child care. This role ensures a safe, structured, and fun environment while leading activities, managing transitions, and supporting daily routines. Key Responsibilities Supervise students ages 5-12 at all times Providing transportation from school Set up and lead games, activities, and group events Manage transitions (meals, outdoor play, field trips, etc.) Encourage participation and positive behavior Help maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers Assist with distributing meals and snacks Monitor students closely to ensure safety at all times Help with cleaning up activity areas and shared spaces Follow all safety, licensing, and school policies Communicate concerns or incidents to leadership promptly Qualifications Must be at least 25 years old Valid Driver's License Experience working with children preferred Energetic, positive, and patient Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay active and engaged throughout the day Dependable and punctual Preferred Backgrounds Previous summer camp experience Babysitting or childcare experience Interest in education, recreation, or child development Apply Today!
