Job Duties:

Conduct new member onboarding and goal evaluations Deliver the highest level of customer service to all members and guests Create customized fitness programs to ensure member goals are prioritized Keep record of all program progress with New Member Sheets per company standards Engage and book 1st/2nd/reprogramming workouts with our members during floor hours to achieve training minimums per company standards Create new business through client referrals Promote, recruit and retain members and attend events delegated by Fitness Manager / GM Achieve a minimum of 25 new member enrollments monthly Achieve an average of 80% booking new members for their 1st and 2nd workouts within their first 30 days Assume other duties as assigned Attend all meetings/training required
