We help clients improve flexibility, mobility, posture, and overall wellness through personalized stretch sessions delivered by certified Flexologists®. Our Renton studio serves a vibrant, health-conscious community focused on longevity, strength, and self-care. Position Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Stretch Therapist / Flexologist® to provide one-on-one assisted stretch sessions. This role is ideal for fitness and wellness professionals who enjoy hands-on work, building client relationships, and making a measurable impact on people's daily lives. Additional earning opportunities are available by picking up shifts at our Issaquah and Renton locations. Responsibilities Deliver 25- and 50-minute customized assisted stretch sessions Assess client mobility and create personalized stretch plans Educate clients on flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention Document session notes and track progress Maintain a clean, professional studio environment Support membership growth through exceptional client experience Qualifications Required background in one or more of the following: Personal Training (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) Group Fitness Instruction Pilates or Yoga Instruction Athletic Training Physical Therapy Assistant Kinesiology or Exercise Science degree
