Job Description

Help us re-define luxury fitness by becoming part of Seattle's premiere fitness club team. Olympic Athletic Club (OAC) is located in the lively heart of Ballard surrounded by restaurants and shops and prides itself on the standard of professionalism and customer service we deliver to our members. We're looking for a dynamic and talented Personal Trainer who has a natural ability to connect with people, are passionate about motivating and inspiring people through exercise and are comfortable with the idea of selling services and building their own training business.
Job Requirement:
Certified personal trainer with a minimum of 2 years training experience with certifications in Women's health. Must be self-motivated and be able to work individually and as part of a strong training team and supportive work environment where you can grow and make an excellent living, we want to hear from you!   • You'll welcome new members to the club by conducting fitness consultations, helping clients establish goals, facilitating body composition tests, and developing safe and effective individualized fitness programs.
  • You'll support members by serving as a critical resource to them and sharing all that OAC has to offer.
  • You'll help members reach their fitness goals by building a personal training clientele and guiding clients to success.
Here's what we're looking for:
Passion :
Your passionate about fitness and making a difference in the lives of others.
Knowledge :
You have a thorough understanding of exercise prescription and testing and strong knowledge of how to build fitness programs that meet individual goals and needs.
Experience :
You are comfortable with selling and promoting fitness services and have at least two years of fitness experience. A track record of promoting, building and maintaining a personal training clientele is a plus, but not required.
Coaching :
You are an experienced coach that inspires and motivates people to hit goals.
Positive Personality :
You are upbeat, energetic and team oriented.
Commitment :
You are dedicated to providing top-notch customer experiences and being a bright spot in peoples' lives.
Certifications :
You have a nationally recognized Personal Training certification, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications. Additional womens fitness related certifications required.
Education :
