  • to become the lead or Senior Coach as we scale the personal training side of this club.

We want team members eager to learn, grow, and get stuff done when it comes to helping others! About This Role This is our first coaching hire at the Tacoma location, and it's a real opportunity. You'll have the chance to build the personal training side of this club from the ground up. As demand grows

  • we'll hire a second coach to support what we build. If you can lead, if you can sell, if you can deliver results that members talk about, the path to lead or Senior Coach is here for you. You won't be alone. You'll have the support of the coaching team across our other two locations, our managers, and us as owners. We're hands-on, available, and invested in your success. Once you're up and running
  • the bulk of your week is spent coaching small group personal training sessions
  • 1 to 6 clients per session. We follow a programmed approach across all three clubs, but there's real flexibility within it. Programming is a team effort and your input matters. You're not just executing someone else's plan
  • you're contributing to how we coach.
Who We're Looking For The right person for this role is someone who: Thrives in ambiguity. We don't have everything figured out. Some things will change as we grow. What You'll Own Coaching small group personal training sessions (1-6 clients) following our programmed approach Conducting fitness consultations with members
  • understanding their goals, designing a path forward, and converting those that need the guidance and accountability into training clients Personalizing programming for clients within our team programming framework New member onboarding
  • movement assessments, goal-setting, and check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days Member retention
  • proactive outreach to clients who haven't been in recently, celebrating milestones, and following through consistently Energy and safety
  • modifying for different ability levels, coaching technique in real time Club presence
  • being a real, visible part of the team beyond your sessions Team contribution
  • weekly team meetings, ongoing development, helping us improve how we coach What Success Looks Like First 90 days: You've completed onboarding, started building your client roster, learned our programming, and members are asking for you by name First 6 months: You have a full and growing client roster.
Personal training revenue at Tacoma is meaningfully higher than when you started. You're contributing to team meetings.
First year:
You're a known entity in the club. The lead or Senior Coach role is realistic if you've demonstrated you can hit it. You're making an impact on not just the people in your club, but in the company as well.   • but we'll consider the right candidate with the right disposition and a strong learning curve 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred Available for a flexible schedule including some mornings, evenings, and Saturdays Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Schedule Full-time (32-40 hours/week) Able to do either early mornings (start 6am) and/or evenings ( until ~7pm) Saturday shift availability Ready to coach with purpose?
