Summary We are seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to join our team at Burn Boot Camp. Located in the heart of our community, this role is vital in helping our members achieve their fitness goals while embodying our mission of health transformation. As a Personal Trainer, you will inspire and empower individuals to become their best selves. Responsibilities Design personalized workout programs tailored to individual client needs. Conduct engaging group fitness classes that motivate participants. Assess client progress and adjust programs as necessary. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics. Foster a supportive community atmosphere among members. Promote health and wellness initiatives within the community. Maintain a clean and organized training environment. Collaborate with other trainers to enhance program offerings. Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer with relevant credentials (e.g., ACE, NASM). Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics. • Experience in program design for diverse fitness levels. Excellent communication skills with a passion for teaching. Ability to motivate and inspire clients in a group setting. Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus. Commitment to personal health and wellness.
