Part-time Youth Fitness Instructor Coach

In this role, you will lead exciting obstacle course sessions and cross fitnessss -inspired activities designed specifically for kids. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help foster a safe and motivating environment where children can develop their physical skills, teamwork, and self-esteem. Duties Lead engaging Ninja obstacle courses and cross training-inspired activities that promote physical fitness and fun. Demonstrate proper techniques for climbing, jumping, balancing, and other movement skills aligned with kids' developmental levels. Manage group behavior effectively to ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Provide encouragement and positive reinforcement to motivate children during activities. Assist with setting up equipment, maintaining safety standards, and cleaning activity areas after sessions. Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress or any concerns as needed. Support the development of children's motor skills through teaching physical education principles in an energetic manner. Experience Prior experience working with children in a sports coaching, childcare, or teaching setting is highly preferred. Have experience with classroom management Are passionate about physical activity, health, and sports coaching Have a natural ability to connect with and motivate school-aged children Bring an infectious level of energy and enthusiasm to everything you do Are a reliable, positive team player and an excellent role model Have with experience working with children (coaching, teaching, camp counseling, etc.) Ninja experience is not required but it is a big plus if you have it High school or equivalent (Required) Ability to
