Pharmacist

Pharmacist Forrest City, Arizona Pay From:

$60.00 per hour

MUST:

Experienced Pharmacist Must have an active and good standing Pharmacist license in Arizona Must have CPR Must have experience with Pyxis Hospital Experience highly preferred

DUTIES:

Dispense prescription medications to patients and ensure proper dosage and administration Review and interpret physician orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatment plans as necessary Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients Conduct medication reconciliation upon patient admission and discharge Manage inventory of pharmaceuticals and ensure proper storage conditions Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans Perform clinical rounds with physicians and other healthcare providers Participate in clinical research and trials as needed Supervise pharmacy technicians and other support staff Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies Maintain patient records and document medication therapy outcomes Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
