Clinical Pharmacist - Hospital - PRN

Serves as a drug information resource to pharmacy, nursing, and medical staffs as well as to patients. Minimum requirement of Bachelor of Science (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) in pharmacy degree from accredited school of pharmacy.

Licensure:

Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice.

Two or more years clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:

Pharmacists practicing in Missouri must have a Medication Therapy Service Certificate as issued by the Missouri Board of Pharmacy within 90 days of start date.
