Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract Join a dynamic healthcare environment as a Clinical Pharmacist providing comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services to a diverse patient population including neonatal, pediatric, adult, geriatric, oncology, and obstetric groups. This 13-week contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver direct patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings at a key regional health center serving a vast and culturally rich community in Northwestern Arizona.
Location:
Gray Mountain, AZ Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10) Shifts may start at 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, or 12:00 pm Weekday and weekend shifts assigned, including possible holidays Regular days off (RDOs) may vary
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services consistent with healthcare facility policies Manage medication therapy for various specialty patient groups Participate in rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Opportunity for career advancement from Pharmacist to Advanced Practice Pharmacist with increased responsibilities such as clinic management and program oversight Supervise professional and non-professional pharmacy staff at designated clinics Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, including fingerprint clearance before starting
Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution Valid, unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. state or territory (no Arizona license required) Minimum of two years as a Registered Pharmacist and at least one year as a Clinical Pharmacist Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the
