This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Dispense inpatient medications accurately during night shifts and verify orders. Review MARs for inpatient units and resolve discrepancies promptly. Provide clinical pharmacotherapy recommendations for acute care patients. Monitor drug safety, interactions, and adverse event reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. Participate in daily/nightly rounds with physicians and nursing staff. Document all clinical interventions and maintain accurate records. Participate in continuous professional development and pursue relevant certifications. Support night shift team in achieving unit-specific targets and quality goals. Manage inventory, restock shelves, and coordinate with suppliers. Utilize performance metrics and pipelines to identify high-potential improvement areas. Experience/Qualifications Bachelor of Pharmacy with active Pharmacist license, night shift eligible. Intravenous and inpatient medication dispensing accuracy during night shifts. Provide pharmacotherapy recommendations for acute care patients. Review MARs, resolve discrepancies for inpatient units promptly. Monitor drug interactions, safety, and adverse event reporting system. Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance; uphold audit readiness. Document clinical interventions with accurate, timely records. Meet unit-specific targets using performance metrics and pipelines. Participate in daily/nightly rounds with physicians and nursing staff. Pursue continuous professional development and relevant certifications. Manage night-shift inventory, restock, and coordinate with suppliers. Strong communication skills for high-visibility, results-driven environment. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture. On-site availability for contract role with adherence to night shift schedule. What's in it for you?
