This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Prepare and dispense inpatient medications under pharmacist supervision. Verify medication orders, check for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies. Prepare IV admixtures and sterile products following safety protocols. Adhere to regulatory and quality assurance standards for inpatient pharmacy. Monitor and address medication safety issues and reporting adverse events. Maintain accurate medication inventory and manage stock levels. Document all dispensing activities in electronic health records with precision. Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to optimize patient care. Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on new therapies and guidelines. Support performance metrics by accurately recording turnaround times and throughput. Assist in workflow optimization to improve efficiency and patient flow. Experience/Qualifications Licensed Pharmacy Technician with inpatient hospital experience. Prepare and dispense inpatient medications under pharmacist supervision. Accurate medication order verification and discrepancy resolution. Sterile compounding for IV admixtures with GMP/safety compliance. Adhere to regulatory standards (JCAHO, USP 797/800) and QA processes. Monitor medication safety, report adverse events promptly. Document dispensing activities in electronic health records with precision. Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to optimize patient care. Maintain accurate inventory and manage stock levels for inpatient needs. Commit to continuous learning on new therapies and guidelines. Support and track performance metrics (turnaround times, throughput). Contribute to workflow optimization and patient flow improvements.
