Required Certification/Licensure:

Is licensed to practice pharmacy in the State of California. Has at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.

D. from a college of Pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education. Current BLS Certification.
