Healthcare / Specialty Pharmacy (HIV) Job Description Soliant is seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) for a direct hire opportunity at a specialtyHIV/AIDS
pharmacy in San Francisco, California. This leadership role oversees daily pharmacy operations in a mission-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality care to vulnerable patient populations. The ideal candidate brings strong retail or specialty pharmacy leadership experience and a solid clinical foundation inHIV/AIDS
therapy. This position offers the opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative setting where pharmacists play a key role in advancing patient care, improving pharmacy systems, and supporting organizational best practices. Responsibilities Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) and oversee all pharmacy operations Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and internal standards Supervise and support pharmacy staff in daily workflow and operations Provide clinical pharmacy services in a specialty HIV/AIDS-focused setting Collaborate with leadership teams to develop and implement best practices Participate in internal and external meetings, trainings, and professional development Maintain alignment with organizational mission, values, and quality initiatives Contribute to process improvement and consistency across pharmacy operations Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Cultural competency and adaptability working with diverse populations Qualifications Active California Pharmacist license Minimum 3-5 years of pharmacy management or PIC experience (retail or specialty required) Strong foundational knowledge ofHIV/AIDS
medications required Experience 5-10+ years of pharmacy leadership experience highly preferred Experience in specialty, retail, or community pharmacy settings required Hospital-only experience will not be considered Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution Work Hours Monday•Friday 9:00 AM•7:00 PM Full-time scheduleCompensation Salary Range:
