• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations for a brand-new location
• Build systems, workflows, and processes from the ground up
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee inventory, staffing, and performance
• Develop relationships with physicians, clinics, and referral partners
• Support patients with high-level clinical care
• Help grow the business across three territories in South Nashville What You Bring
• Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
• Home infusion experience required
• Experience opening or building a pharmacy strongly preferred
• Leadership or management experience
• Business-minded, ownership mentality
