Delano, CA 93215 Experience Prior hospital pharmacy experience is essential; candidates should demonstrate familiarity with inpatient medication management in a high-acuity setting. Experience working within Level I Trauma Centers or Level II Trauma Centers is highly desirable. Proven expertise in critical care environments such as ICU or emergency rooms is required. Background in pharmacy residency programs or post-residency clinical practice enhances candidacy. Knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology is fundamental to effective patient assessment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex medication regimens involving IV infusions and acute pain management protocols. Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration and patient service excellence. Experience with managed care principles relevant to hospital settings supports comprehensive pharmaceutical oversight. ICU, PICU
