401(k), Health Insurance, PTO, Parental Leave Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical, hospital, or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in medication management, sterile compounding, patient assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Key Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and HIPAA standards. Conduct patient assessments and optimize medication therapy plans. Collaborate with healthcare providers on treatment plans, pain management, and immunization services. Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding using aseptic techniques. Manage IV infusion medications and parenteral therapies. Maintain medication inventory, ordering, storage, and documentation. Utilize pharmacy software and EMR/EHR systems for medication tracking and patient records. Educate patients on medication use, side effects, and treatment plans. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and dispensing accuracy. Qualifications Active Pharmacist license. Clinical pharmacy experience in Hospital, Acute Care, Critical Care, or LTC settings. Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and patient care. Experience with sterile compounding and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms and pharmacy management software. Experience with immunizations, IV therapies, and pain management preferred. Pharmacy residency or advanced clinical experience is highly preferred.
Pay:
$80.00 - $85.00 per hour
