Proveri Fresno Pharmacy provides exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients in hospice and long-term care settings. We value teamwork, accuracy, compassion, and strong relationships with our clients. We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist who can combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to help us deliver seamless care to our patients and partner facilities. Will Train Applicant(s): Yes, new graduate or 1st year pharmacists welcome to apply. General Summary Pharmacist will generally supervise the daily workflow within the pharmacy and be responsible for daily tasks for all employees. Role and Responsibilities The following list is not comprehensive. Other responsibilities may be assigned. Verify pre-packs and prescription medications Consult medical professionals on patient therapies and outcomes Type prescriptions as needed Order Scheduled medications from wholesaler Help maintain all Policies & Procedures in the pharmacy Take new and refill orders from prescriber or prescriber's agent(s) Check off perpetual inventory for Schedule medications nightly Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas Perform on-call after hours pharmacist duties as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and perform these job duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Must have a California Pharmacist license in good standing. Must have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Must be able to work independently and have great problem-solving abilities
