Key Responsibilities Review prescriptions and patient medical histories to ensure safe and effective infusion therapies Prepare, compound, and dispense sterile IV medications in compliance with all regulatory requirements Provide patient counseling regarding infusion therapies, medication usage, and potential side effects Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans Monitor patient progress and recommend therapy adjustments when appropriate Maintain accurate patient records and medication documentation Ensure full compliance with

800, and all California pharmacy regulations Oversee infection control protocols and sterile compounding procedures Deliver exceptional service to patients, caregivers, and clinical partners Participate in ongoing training and continuing education initiatives Qualifications PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy Active California Pharmacist License in good standing Prior experience in infusion pharmacy or sterile IV compounding strongly preferred Strong knowledge of

795, and USP 800 regulations Understanding of clinical pharmacology, drug interactions, and patient safety best practices Excellent communication and patient counseling skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Experience with CareTend software is a plus Leadership or PIC experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Sterile Compounding Certification (CSP) Experience in specialty pharmacy or home infusion therapy Knowledge of California pharmacy laws and regulatory standards Why Join?
