PM Key Responsibilities:

Perform inpatient pharmacy technician duties within a 117 licensed-bed facility with an average daily census of 44 patients Expertise in IV compounding and medication filling processes using Pyxis automation Accurate medication order entry using Paragon/Allscripts systems Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain workflow and medication safety compliance Support rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage

Required Qualifications:

Active California Pharmacy Technician license Experience with IV compounding and pharmacy automation (Pyxis) Proficient in order entry systems such as Paragon or Allscripts Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends Commitment to supporting pharmacy operations initially for full-time coverage, with availability for PRN shifts thereafter This role offers a unique blend of immediate employment with an opportunity to continue working on a flexible schedule beyond the initial contract period.
