This contract role requires immediate availability and offers an 8 to 12-week assignment working Monday through Friday during day shifts. The Pharmacy Manager will lead a team of 8 pharmacy staff members, ensuring efficient workflow, compliance with regulatory standards, and quality patient care. This role involves supervising pharmacy processes, managing inventory, and collaborating with clinical teams to support medication safety and therapy optimization.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active California Pharmacist license Experience in hospital or LTAC pharmacy settings Supervisory or management experience within a pharmacy department Ability to start immediately and manage a small team effectively
