$70/hr $2940 Total Weekly Gross - based on 36 hours per week About the Role We are seeking experienced Pharmacists to join our team at a hospital in Sylmar, CA. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment Key Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, dosing, and interactions in inpatient settings. Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management and pharmacokinetic dosing. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams on patient care plans. Prepare and dispense medications including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and sterile compounds. Monitor patient response to medications and adjust therapy recommendations. Perform medication reconciliation and patient counseling as needed. Qualifications Minimum Experience o At least 2 years of recent pharmacist experience in an Inpatient setting.
