  • Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Travel We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist for a travel contract assignment in Susanville, California.
This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists looking for a consistent 7-on/7-off night schedule while working in a supportive critical access hospital environment.
Assignment Details Location:
Susanville, CA
  • Schedule:
    7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off
  • Shift:
    Night Shift
  • Contract Length:
    13+ Weeks
  • Start Date:
    ASAP (No later than July 1)
  • Setting:
    Hospital Pharmacy
  • Licensed Beds:
    25
  • Average Daily Census:
    10 Compensation Competitive pay starting at $75+/hour Travel and hotel accommodations provided and fully covered by Soliant Responsibilities
  • Verify and review medication orders
  • Provide medication consultations and drug information to healthcare staff and patients
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and hospital policies
  • Receive and process medication orders from wholesalers
  • Perform sterile compounding and medication reconstitution
  • Unit dose medications as needed
  • Manage medication inventory, including expiration date monitoring
  • Conduct audits and billing functions
  • Supervise and support pharmacy technician staff
  • Perform additional duties within the scope of licensure as assigned Qualifications
  • Active Pharmacist license in California
  • Inpatient pharmacist experience, required (1-2+ years)
  • Experience with sterile compounding
  • Strong clinical and operational pharmacy knowledge
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
