Job Description

Overview This is a retail community pharmacy with strong ties to the area. We have long term patients that we have been servicing for decades. We focus on delivering good personalized care to our patients and medication adherence. We have a small team that is friendly and reliable, and we are looking for a pharmacist to add to that. Duties Prescription verification and vaccine administration Performing consultations in person or over the phone, OTC recommendations Checking patient profiles for DURs and checking CURES for dispensing controlled substances Receiving medications, answering phone calls We are looking for a pharmacist who is personable and able to form good relationships with our patients. We have serviced patients in the HIV community for years, so familiarity with this disease state is a plus. DigitalRx is the software program we use, and proficiency with DigitalRx is preferred.
