Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pharmacist. Enjoy retail pharmacy at a slower pace where your expertise will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care within an independent pharmacy. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be empowered to utilize your skills in medication management and patient assessment to make a meaningful difference every day. The Pharmacist shall be responsible for all activities allowed by the California State Board of Pharmacy. The individual can type, fill and counsel patients. Duties Dispense medications accurately while adhering to protocols and safety standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop and adjust medication plans for patients. Provide expert consultations. Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and best practices for medication safety. Qualifications Have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Pharm.
D. degree from an accredited university Must be registered in California as a Pharmacist with the Board of Pharmacy.
