Key Responsibilities:

Float between three pharmacy locations: main medical center, community hospital, and infusion center Dispense and verify medications, ensuring accuracy and patient safety Manage hazardous medications, including compounding chemotherapy agents Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care Adapt to variable shifts including 8- and 10-hour schedules, swing shifts, every other weekend, and holiday coverage Utilize Cerner pharmacy systems, with training provided if needed

Desired Qualifications:

Active pharmacist license in California Experience in hospital pharmacy settings preferred Comfort with hazardous drug handling and compounding sterile products Willingness and ability to travel among multiple pharmacy locations within the local area Flexibility to work variable shifts as scheduled Familiarity with Cerner pharmacy software is a plus, but not required
