Pharmacist

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care services, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Duties

• Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
• Provide consultation to patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient health and progress to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes
• Oversee inventory management of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies Skills
• Strong knowledge of pain management and acute pain management
• Familiarity with pediatric pharmacy practices
• Proficient in inventory management techniques
• Experience with Immunizations
• Understanding of anatomy for medication administration
• Ability to perform utilization management and utilization review
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
