Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert pharmaceutical care, and supporting patient safety across various clinical settings. Your expertise will help ensure optimal medication management, patient education, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for patient service, extensive clinical knowledge, and experience working in fast-paced hospital environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient outcomes while working within a collaborative healthcare setting. Duties Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying dosage, interactions, and contraindications using comprehensive medical and pharmaceutical knowledge. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and modify medication therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate medication effectiveness, monitor for adverse reactions, and adjust therapies accordingly. Educate patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and safety precautions to promote adherence and optimal health outcomes. Maintain meticulous documentation of pharmacy activities and regulatory standards related to pharmacy practice. Stay current with developments in pharmacology, physiology knowledge, anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and clinical pharmacy practices to deliver top-tier patient care.

$70.00 - $80.00 per hour
