Available Shift:

Monday-Friday (4:00pm-12:30am 8 hour shift) + night shift differential •Pay rate dependent on level of LTC and/or IV experience•

Qualifications:

Active California Pharmacist License in good standing At least 1 year experience as a staff pharmacist Long-term care pharmacy experience a plus (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Hospice) IV infusion experience a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask and complete jobs without supervision Ability to assess information and make prudent, professional decisions Ability to effectively and harmoniously interact with facility, management and other employees at all levels; promotes teamwork and professionalism Perform other duties as assigned Successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Primary Tasks:

Verify orders entered by technician staff for accuracy Check for content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling
