Monday through Friday, day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and task assignments Perform pharmacist duties involving dispensing and clinical services Develop and maintain systems to ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and process improvements Serve as a resource for education, onboarding, and standard operating procedures for pharmacy staff

Qualifications:

Valid California Pharmacist license Proven management experience within a pharmacy setting Strong leadership and organizational skills This role requires a proactive leader who can manage both clinical and administrative pharmacy functions effectively. Candidates located locally or willing to commute within the Riverside/California area are strongly preferred.
