Responsibilities:

Oversee daily departmental operations and supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling and workload assignments Perform pharmacist duties involving dispensing medications and providing clinical services Develop and implement systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, continuous quality assurance, and workflow optimization Serve as a resource for staff education, orientation, and adherence to standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

Current pharmacist license in California Proven management experience in a pharmacy setting Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor and guide staff effectively Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality assurance best practices This role is ideal for a pharmacy professional looking to leverage management expertise within a healthcare setting serving long-term acute care patients.
