In this role, you will be responsible not only for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care, but also for overseeing daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving optimal patient outcomes. Duties Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently Provide consultation to patients on proper medication use and potential side effects Lead and supervise pharmacy staff. Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor patient health and progress to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes Oversee inventory management of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation practices Manage workflow, scheduling, and overall pharmacy operations Implement and maintain quality assurance and safety standards Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD Must have an active pharmacy license in state of California with all held licenses in good standing Must be Certified to Immunize Strong leadership, interpersonal, listening, and exceptional customer service skills Detailed-oriented, organized, resourceful, analytical, problem-solving skills.
Pay:
$42.00 - $65.00 per hour
