Healthcare / Infusion Pharmacy Job Description Soliant is seeking a Full-Time Infusion Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity with a growing specialty infusion pharmacy in Northern California. This is a high-touch patient care role focused on chronic and acute infusion therapies within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The pharmacist will provide clinical oversight, compounding support, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with infusion or specialty pharmacy experience who is looking to step into a clinically impactful and team-oriented role. Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy services for infusion therapies (chronic and acute care) Perform compounding, dispensing, and clinical monitoring of medications Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Collaborate with nursing, intake, reimbursement, and sales teams Support quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Assist with staff training, onboarding, and pharmacy education Maintain accurate clinical documentation and controlled substance records Support insurance authorization and reimbursement processes Participate in on-call rotation (every 3rd weekend) Ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 standards Skills Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced infusion environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of pharmacy compounding and sterile technique Ability to collaborate across clinical and operational teams Qualifications Active California Pharmacist license Experience in infusion pharmacy strongly preferred Specialty pharmacy experience considered if no direct infusion experience Familiarity with USP 797 and USP 800 standards required Experience Prior infusion or specialty pharmacy experience highly preferred Experience supervising technicians or pharmacy staff a plus Experience with high-touch patient care environments preferred Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution Work Hours Monday•Friday 8:30 AM•5:00 PM On-call every 3rd weekend
Compensation Hourly Rate:
