Day Shift Pharmacists:

Four 10-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) 2

Night Shift Pharmacists:

7 days on, 7 days off schedule (9:00 PM to 7:30 AM)

Location:

San Luis Obispo, California Key Responsibilities:

Perform order verification with accuracy and efficiency Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring workflow continuity Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff providing medication consultations Manage pharmacokinetics and other clinical pharmacy duties essential to patient care Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management

Qualifications:

Current California pharmacist license Minimum of 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Adaptability to day or night schedules as specified

4 ten-hour shifts weekly (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Night Shift:

7 days on, 7 days off (9:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
