Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Direct Hire This role requires an experienced Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) with a strong foundation in
HIV/AIDS
medications, ready to support and lead pharmacy operations in a dynamic clinical environment focused on serving vulnerable patient populations. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of prior retail or specialty pharmacy management experience and demonstrates a passion for advancing patient care through innovative services.

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Act as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring compliance with all Board of Pharmacy regulations and leading pharmacy operations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement cutting-edge clinical pharmacy services that enhance patient care. Uphold the organization's core values and mission in everyday activities to foster a supportive, patient-centered environment. Oversee a collaborative and accountable organizational structure, providing leadership and support across multiple sites. Share best practices, provide training, and participate in internal and external meetings including conferences and professional development sessions. Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment to deliver exceptional experiences for patients and staff.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of retail or specialty pharmacy management experience; 10+ years preferred. Strong knowledge of
HIV/AIDS
medications with a willingness to deepen expertise through training. Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse cultures and lifestyles. Experience working in high-volume pharmacy settings; hospital-only experience is not applicable. Commitment to working with vulnerable patient populations and making meaningful contributions.
