Santa Rosa, California Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week travel assignment at an acute care hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists looking to work in a collaborative hospital environment with flexible daytime scheduling. Schedule 5x8 Hour Day Shifts Variable start times between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM Weekend coverage may be required based on department needs Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness Prepare and dispense medications in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to optimize patient care Monitor patient medication therapy and identify potential drug interactions or contraindications Maintain compliance with state, federal, and hospital pharmacy regulations Document pharmacy interventions and patient information using Epic EMR Support safe medication practices within the inpatient setting Requirements Active State Pharmacist License required Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred Experience with Epic charting systems preferred Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills For more details reach at or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807 .
