Staff Pharmacist

Variable days/afternoons; 4 shifts of 10 hours each per week (4/7 schedule)

Role Responsibilities:

Dispense medications accurately and efficiently to inpatient populations Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with hospital, county, and state pharmacy regulations Prepare for and pass a competency examination critical to the onboarding process Participate in thorough background checks and hospital onboarding

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

PGY1 residency or approximately 2 years of current inpatient pharmacy experience strongly preferred Valid pharmacist licensure and eligibility to work within California Skills and experience aligned with permanent-placement caliber roles Ability to pass a competency exam and background screening process Why this role?
