Verifying medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervising pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow Managing pharmacokinetic dosing and related clinical tasks Collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy Desired qualifications: Active California pharmacist license Proven inpatient pharmacy experience Ability to work full-time with flexible availability during variable days and afternoon shifts Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills
