Location:

Ventura County, CA (multiple nearby pharmacy sites)

Schedule:

Full-time 8-hour and 10-hour shifts depending on assignment Variable shifts, including swing shifts Every other weekend and holiday coverage required

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense and verify medications accurately across three pharmacy locations Perform clinical and distributive pharmacy duties Work with hazardous medications, including compounding chemotherapy agents Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Adapt to floating schedule between locations to meet operational needs

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed Pharmacist with experience in a hospital or medical center setting Proficiency in pharmacy systems; Cerner experience preferred but not required (training provided) Comfort and competence handling hazardous medications and chemotherapy compounding Ability and willingness to travel among three different pharmacy sites Local candidates preferred for ease of travel among locations This contract role is designed for pharmacists who are flexible, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
