Adelphi is looking for pharmacists to join the team at a medical center in Winterhaven, California. This contract role supports both outpatient and inpatient services with a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 am-4:30 pm) and offers a rate of $63/hr. There is potential for a long-term contract. What you'll do: Accurately dispense and verify medications prescribed by healthcare providers. Provide clear, patient-focused medication counseling on proper use, interactions, storage, and safety. Review medication therapy for efficacy and safety, identifying and resolving issues. Help maintain pharmacy compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to support patient care. What we're looking for: Graduate of an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy with a BS in Pharmacy and/or a Pharm.D. Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in any U.S. state or territory. Minimum of one year of pharmacist experience preferred.
