  • Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Soliant is seeking an experienced Hospital Staff Pharmacist for a contract assignment at a respected healthcare facility in Central Colorado.
This role is ideal for a pharmacist with strong inpatient experience and proficiency in Epic, supporting a facility transitioning from Meditech to Epic. The position offers a dynamic clinical environment with rotating shifts and the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care. Work Hours Rotating Day/Evening Shifts Start times between 6:30 AM
  • 8:00 AM (Monday
  • Friday) Rotating weekends: 7:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM 40 hours per week Responsibilities Interpret and verify medication orders and maintain patient medication profiles Prepare and dispense medications, including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and TPN Monitor drug therapies for safety, effectiveness, and interactions Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and review culture & sensitivity data Provide clinical recommendations and drug information to healthcare staff and patients Document clinical interventions and participate in quality improvement initiatives Assist with formulary management and cost-effective therapy selection Participate as a member of the Code Response Team Qualifications Active Colorado Pharmacist License in good standing Epic experience required (Meditech experience a plus) BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association) Flu vaccine required (October 1•April 1, no exemptions) Strong inpatient clinical pharmacy experience Education Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm) or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program Compensation $2,600 per week Travel stipends available Additional Requirements Resume Epic experience verification Skills checklist Proof of flu vaccination
