$132,000 to $175,000 based on experience $10,000 Sign On Bonus $5,000 Relocation Allowance Multiple medical insurance options Fully paid Health Savings Account for employee only coverage Dental and vision insurance 3.5% employer matched retirement plan Flexible Spending Accounts including daycare and health savings options Education Assistance Program Employer paid life insurance Paid Time Off, Paid Other Illness Time Off, and Paid Holidays Service incentive awards currently valued at $320 per year of service Incentivized Wellness and Wellbeing Program Voluntary Group Benefits Responsibilities Provide pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages from newborns to the elderly Supervise pharmacy staff including pharmacy technicians and billing clerk Monitor patient profiles for accuracy including drug allergies, drug interactions, duplicate therapy, and rational drug therapy Endorse and uphold retail pharmacy policies and procedures Maintain quality control, security of controlled substances, and disposal of hazardous waste Participate in the 340B program, antibiotic stewardship, pharmacy and therapeutics meetings, and other pharmacy related meetings Stay current in the pharmaceutical field through continuing education, conferences, professional journals, and professional societies Experience Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience required Retail pharmacy experience required 340B program experience preferred Supervisory experience preferred Skills Strong clinical judgment across all patient age groups Natural leader and team builder in a small pharmacy environment Self motivated and comfortable working in a rural community setting Committed to being an active and invested member of the community you serve Qualifications Active Colorado Pharmacist License required Willingness to relocate Soliant offers Licensing Assistance if you are not yet licensed in
