June 09 About the Role Valley View Hospital is an acute hospital in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, in Garfield County. The hospital is a level III trauma center. It has 78 beds.Looking for Inpatient Pharmacist Manager for a 24-week assignment. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and practice at the top of your license. Responsibilities Review and verify medication orders Dispense medications and ensure safe use Collaborate with physicians and care teams Monitor patient therapies for safety and effectiveness Requirements Active Colorado Pharmacist License (or eligibility) PharmD or equivalent Inpatient experience preferred Assignment Details 24 weeks | 5x8's | Days Rotating Weekends.
