Travel Hospital Pharmacist Glenwood Springs, CO 81602 $4,000 a week - Temporary, Contract $4,000 a week - Temporary, Contract We are hiring an experienced Travel Hospital Pharmacist for a 20 weeks assignment in
Glenwood Springs, CO Start Date:
ASAP Shift:
Rotating day/evening shift working 40-hours per week. Rotating Weekends working 0700-1200. May also include some 3rd shift (overnight) on an as needed basis.
Weekly Pay:
$4,000.00 ($3,500.00 + $500 completion bonus; must complete 40 hours to qualify)
Per Diem:
$1,246.00/week
Hourly Rate:
$40.00
OT/Holidays:
$60.00
Requirements:
Must have an active CO PHA License in good standing Graduate of an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS Pharmacy degree. BLS (American Heart Association) ACLS (American Heart Association) Epic Experience If interested, please contact: careers@swhcstaffing.com / (480) 680-8684
