What You'll Do Take the lead as Pharmacist-in-Charge , ensuring smooth operations and regulatory excellence Build and mentor a strong, motivated pharmacy team Deliver exceptional patient care and clinical consultations Manage workflow, inventory, and vendor relationships Champion a clean, professional, and organized pharmacy Play an active role in process improvement and team development What We're Looking For A licensed pharmacist in good standing in Colorado Leadership experience in a retail pharmacy setting (management experience preferred) Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment A strong communicator and confident problem-solver A leader who inspires, empowers, and brings a little spark to every shift What You'll Love About Good Day Competitive salary: $124,800 starting with lots of opportunity to grow Enjoy a schedule of four 10-hour shifts, giving you three days off every week.
