Responsibilities include:

Accurately filling and verifying approximately 12 prescriptions daily Operating independently without technician support Offering patient counseling and delivering excellent customer service Managing workflow efficiently in a retail-specialty setting Ensuring compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Assignment Dates:

May 31•June 10

Training:

May 26•May 29 (4 days required if QS1 system knowledge is lacking)

Shift Options:

10:00 AM•4:00 PM or 11:00 AM•3:00 PM PRN schedule to cover vacation period

Qualifications:

Active Connecticut pharmacist license in good standing Recent retail or specialty pharmacy experience preferred Experience with QS1 pharmacy system preferred; training provided if needed Ability to work autonomously without technician support Strong attention to detail and dedication to patient care This per diem contract role offers a structured training period and the chance to contribute in a supportive, focused environment. If you are a licensed pharmacist with retail or specialty experience and are comfortable managing workflow independently, this position provides an excellent short-term assignment. to take on this vacation coverage assignment and broaden your pharmacy experience in a specialty retail setting.
